In this video tutorial I install Flutter on a low performance laptop. An Intel Celeron N4000 CPU, 4 gb of ram and 32 gb EMMC storage. The operating system installed on this laptop is Devuan, a custom Debian distro with sysvinit boot system.
This 14 inch HP Stream minilaptop comes by default with Windows 10, which I uninstalled and as I said before I decided to install Devuan, the performance is exceptional, getting to play videos up to 1080p.
